Development and delivery of temporary event infrastructure including: planning, design development, commodity scoping, budgeting and delivery for multiple venues during the 2010 Winter Games in Vancouver and Whistler, BC.

The design process included the collection of multiple stakeholder requirements, development of conceptual designs and operational layouts for mountain venues in compliance with applicable codes and bylaws.

Project management included installation and operational schedules for commodities and staffing. Overlay Managers were responsible for implementing site rules and management processes for all daily activities including personnel during the venue fit-out and tear down periods, delivering site management requirements during Games Time.
